본 약관은 로이랩(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 azomi 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
서비스는 AI 캐릭터와의 대화 경험을 제공합니다. 캐릭터의 응답은 인공지능이 생성한 콘텐츠이며, 의료·법률·재무·심리 등 전문적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. AI 응답은 부정확하거나 부적절할 수 있으므로 중요한 결정에 그대로 의존해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 이용을 위해 이메일 기반 계정 가입이 필요합니다. 서비스는 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 이용자는 가입 시 본인이 만 18세 이상임을 확인합니다. 계정 정보의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
유료 구독은 Google Play를 통해 결제됩니다. 구독은 해지하지 않는 한 기간 만료 시 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 결제 수단으로 청구됩니다. 구독 해지는 Google Play 구독 관리 센터에서 언제든 할 수 있으며, 해지 시 현재 결제 기간 종료 시점까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Google Play의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
이용자는 보상형 광고를 시청하여 서비스 내 혜택(예: 추가 메시지)을 얻을 수 있습니다. 광고는 Google AdMob을 통해 제공되며, 광고 시청은 선택 사항입니다.
서비스에 포함된 AI 캐릭터, 이름, 이미지, 지식재산권 등은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 서비스 내에서 생성한 대화 내용에 대해, 이용자는 서비스 제공 및 개선에 필요한 범위에서 회사가 이를 이용할 수 있도록 허락합니다.
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 회사는 AI 응답의 정확성·완전성·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 회사의 배상 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 이용자가 최근 3개월간 회사에 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다. 다만 이용자 거주 국가의 강행법규상 소비자 보호 조항은 이에 영향을 받지 않습니다.
회사는 관련 법령의 개정 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 시행일 30일 전부터 공지합니다. 공지 후 이용자가 명시적으로 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms govern your use of the azomi service ("Service") provided by Roilab ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides a conversational experience with AI companions. Companion responses are AI-generated content and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.). AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you should not rely on them for important decisions.
An email-based account is required to use the Service. The Service is available only to users aged 18 or older, and you confirm that you are at least 18 years old upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled, and the renewal fee is charged to your payment method. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play subscription center; upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
You may watch rewarded ads to earn in-service benefits (e.g., additional messages). Ads are served via Google AdMob, and watching ads is optional.
The AI companions, names, images, and intellectual property included in the Service belong to the Company. For conversation content you create within the Service, you grant the Company permission to use it to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
The Company may modify the Service or suspend all or part of it as needed for operational or technical reasons.
The Service is provided "as is," and the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI responses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law or to the Service. We will announce any revision in-app or by email. For changes unfavorable to users, we will give notice at least 30 days before the effective date. If you continue using the Service after the notice period without explicitly objecting, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
