로이랩(이하 "회사")은 azomi 서비스 내 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 절대 용인하지 않으며, 이를 예방하기 위해 다음과 같은 정책과 조치를 시행합니다.
azomi는 만 18세 이상 성인만 이용 가능한 서비스입니다. 회원가입 시 이용자는 본인이 만 18세 이상임을 명시적으로 확인해야 하며, 이를 확인하지 않으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 AI가 미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하거나 미성년자와 관련된 부적절한 콘텐츠를 생성하지 않도록 시스템 차원의 안전장치를 적용하고 있습니다. 관련 정책 위반이 감지될 경우 해당 대화는 즉시 차단됩니다.
이용자는 아동 안전과 관련된 우려사항을 발견할 경우 아래 연락처로 즉시 신고할 수 있습니다.
회사는 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM) 관련 사안이 확인될 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 관할 수사기관 및 국가별 관련 당국(대한민국의 경우 방송통신심의위원회 및 경찰청, 미국의 경우 NCMEC)에 즉시 신고합니다.

Roylab ("Company") maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the azomi service and implements the following measures to prevent it.
azomi is a service available only to adults aged 18 and older. During sign-up, users must explicitly confirm they are 18 or older; the service cannot be used without this confirmation.
The Company applies system-level safeguards to prevent AI from generating sexualized depictions of minors or any content related to minors in an inappropriate manner. Conversations that violate this policy are blocked immediately upon detection.
Users who identify any child safety concerns can report them immediately using the contact information below.
If Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) related matters are identified, the Company will report immediately to relevant law enforcement and national authorities as required by applicable law (e.g., NCMEC in the United States, or KCSC and the National Police Agency in South Korea).
